Mindfulness at Work Training Who is it for?
We take your wellbeing seriously. Our course is facilitated by a leading mindfulness expert and experienced trainer listed on the UK Register of Mindfulness Teachers adhering to the UK Good Practice Guidelines. The day is for individuals and organisations interested in exploring how to use mindfulness to improve wellbeing, resilience and performance in the workplace. The benefits of Mindfulness at work training

This one-day training course is an introduction to mindfulness at work and offers a taster of various mindfulness practices. It may not be considered suitable at this time for those affected with acute depression, active or recent substance (alcohol or drug) addictions, P.T.S.D., bipolar disorder, current or past psychosis, significant long standing interpersonal difficulties (eg currently meeting the criteria for a personality disorder), by recent trauma, significant loss such as divorce, bereavement, or unresolved grief reaction. This course is led by Gill Crossland Thackray, mindfulness practitioner of over 20 years. Some of the people she has worked with include Spotify, Google, UK Sport, Teenage Cancer Trust, the V&A, the Natural History Museum, NHS, Health Education England, L’Oreal, Deloitte, Ernst and Young and Price Waterhouse Coopers. She has written for The Guardian on mindfulness at work and been featured in Success Magazine, Dare Magazine, Stylist, Refinery 29 and Success Insight TV. Gill has completed mindfulness teacher training with Bangor University as well as training with Google’s Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute. She holds an MSc in Mindfulness Studies from Aberdeen University and is currently completing doctoral research into the impact of mindfulness on leadership practice.
