When change doesn’t just test systems — it tests people

Even the most capable teams can lose momentum during periods of transition.
Morale dips. Communication breaks down. Pressure builds as leaders try to maintain performance while juggling competing demands.

If your people are showing signs of change fatiguedisengagement or burnout, this workshop helps you re-energise and refocus them.

We’ll help your leaders sustain motivation, protect wellbeing, and rebuild clarity — so that high performance continues, even through uncertainty.

A bespoke, evidence-based workshop for your organisation

Every team experiences change differently. That’s why every Planet Positive Change session is bespoke — built around your culture, your current challenges, and your outcomes.

Drawing on proven frameworks from organisational and positive psychology, this session helps leaders and teams turn disruption into growth. You’ll work with your own live examples to create immediate, practical outputs you can implement the next day.

We integrate models such as:

  • Bridges’ Transition Model – understand what people need at each stage of change
  • Emotional Agility (Susan David) – manage emotion → clarify value → plan next step
  • Growth Mindset – replace fixed-mindset triggers with learning-focused language
  • Kobasa’s 3Cs – build resilience through Commitment, Control and Challenge
  • Seligman’s 3Ps – reframe setbacks to reduce permanence, pervasiveness, and personalisation
  • Change CurveTuckman’s Team DevelopmentLencioni’s Five DysfunctionsCLEAR Coaching, and more

Your team leaves with an individual and collective action plan, a toolkit of checklists and reflection guides, and a renewed sense of direction, trust and ownership.
